This project creates a complete workflow system: a client submits a brief via Typeform, a project board (Notion/Trello) gets created automatically, emails are sent to the team, and status updates are pushed to Slack. Students automate every part of a creative freelancer’s journey from onboarding to delivery.
SmartOps – Internal Operations Dashboard for a Student Startup
Using tools like Airtable, Notion, and APIs, the team builds a startup’s internal dashboard: project statuses, task assignments, content calendars, and revenue data — all synced with real-time automation. It teaches data integration, system design, and startup-grade process thinking.
